For couples
Is Plan My Wedding free to use?
Yes. Browsing the directory, sending enquiries to suppliers and using the planning tools are all free for couples. Suppliers pay for their listing.
How quickly do suppliers reply?
Most reply within two to three working days. You will see your whole conversation in one place under Enquiries, and you will get an email when a supplier answers.
Can I send the same enquiry to several suppliers?
Yes, and we recommend it. Send them in one batch rather than one at a time — you will be comparing quotes from the same week rather than quotes spread over two months, by which point the earliest one has expired.
For suppliers
How do I list my business?
Search for your business in the directory first — many established suppliers are already listed and simply need to be claimed. If yours is not there, get in touch and we will set the listing up with you.
I found my business, but the details are wrong.
Claim the listing and you can correct everything on it yourself — description, contact details, social links and the order of your photographs. Claims are reviewed by hand, usually within two working days.
Which countries do you cover?
South Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia, Mauritius and Lesotho. Suppliers who travel across borders can say so on their listing.
