Here are some tips for how you can get the most out of your wedding vendors, not only so your wedding day is as beautiful as can be, but also so your vendors have an easy and enjoyable time working your wedding.
1. Communicate Clearly
The only way your wedding vendors can get things done the way you want them to is if you communicate your wants and needs. They should understand the schedule for your day, where they need to be and when they need to be there, and for how long they need to be there. Photographers should know who they need to get into family photos and caterers should know when to start serving food. If possible, all your vendors should have a point of contact for the day of the wedding that isn’t the bride or groom so they can get their questions answered promptly, without disturbing the wedding couple. 7. Feed Them
Even if your budget is tight, feeding your vendors is a great way to show them you appreciate their work. They’re the ones helping to make your wedding day possible, after all. Working a wedding often means hours and hours on their feet for different vendors, so do them all a favor and let them have some food throughout their workday.
